What is your Stock-adding schedule?
We update our stock on a daily basis.
I just found your website through a search engine. I am concerned about placing online orders with you since I don't know your company.
We understand your concerns. In fact, we have similar concerns about accepting orders from people who have not ordered from us before. This is why we are very selective in our account approval process.
We have been in the wholesale jewelry business since 1994. We encourage you to join and give us a try. We look forward to a long and enjoyable business relationship with you.
How will you use and share my personal information?
We use personal information to customize the site, to make appropriate service offerings to you and to fulfill your buying requests from the site. We share only necessary information with third parties - such as the financial institution that issued your credit card and the USPS for shipping.
Where are you located and do you have a store or showroom I can visit?
We do not have a store for you visit as we only sell at bead shows and through our online store.

Is it safe to put my credit card through your web site?
Yes, your credit order is transmitted through a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) between your computer and our secure server. This is the same technology used by online banking. We do not store your credit card information permanently on our server.
I want to order items that I could not find on your website. What should I do?
We are constantly adding new items to and updating our inventory. If you do not see something that you are looking for, you can send an email to email@example.com and we will attempt to obtain those items.
Do the pictures accurately reflect the true quality of the merchandise shown on the site?
Unfortunately, there is no 100% accurate picture that can show the actual quality of merchandise without a certain degree of distortion. Therefore, we are not able to guaranty the accuracy of picture quality presented. However, you can still use the pictures as a reference for your purchase. We have taken every step to provide a clear and reliable representation of each item.
Can you tell me where your stones come from?
We are not always able to tell the origin of each item. We may disclose the origin of some stones based on information provided by our sources. However, we are not responsible for the accuracy of such information.
Do you always carry the same items as shown on the site?
Yes and No. It depends on the market demand and material supply. We'll try to carry popular and regular items all of the time. However, we cannot and never guaranty the availability of any particular item at any time.
Will you hold merchandise for me?
Our policy is First Come, First Served. We sell to the first customer placing an order for immediate delivery.
Why can't I find an item that I saw before?
If you can't find a particular item that you saw before, it is either out of stock or discontinued. Please try to find a substitute that matches your needs.
How long is a typical strand? And, how many pieces in a strand?
A strand is 16 inches unless otherwise noted.
The number of pieces is dependant upon the size of each bead. See the item description for average number of beads.
What is 4x, 6x, 10x, 12x, etc? (About the dimension)
Regardless of how we describe the dimension, please keep in mind that all dimensions are approximate. When the size of an item is relatively uniform through the entire strand, we'll, for example, describe the dimension as 8mm Round or 6x12 (6mm by 12mm) Tube, etc.
When the size varies through the strand, we'll describe the dimension that is common to most of the pieces. For example, 4x (4 by) Tube is a tube bead that is 4mm in diameter with the length of each piece varying in size.
There are also items with varying sizes. For example, 8x10 (8 by 10) would mean that the average size is in the range of 8mm to 10mm.
Will I get a credit for unusable beads?
It is common to have some beads or pearls in a strand not suitable for various reasons. We do NOT issue credit for those beads or pearls because the wholesale price always reflects the general quality of the entire strands, not every single piece. We DO NOT issue refunds for returns of partial strands or used strands.
Do you offer net 30-day terms?
At this time, we do not offer terms. We accept credit card payments at the time your order is placed.
Can I ship to an address that is different from my billing address?
Yes, as long as you note the address when placing your order.
Can you ship COD (Cash on Delivery)?
COD is not available at this time.
Can I combine items for a quantity discount?
You are able to combine items for quantity pricing.
Will I get mailings for offers from related business?
No, we do not share or sell your address and personal information with others.
Do you have a printed catalog that you can mail to me?
As our inventory is constantly changing, we do not print a catalog.
Will you ship internationally?
No, at this time we do not ship internationally.
What are your shipping costs?
Priority Mail procedures require us to collect a minimum of $4.95 on every order - meaning that any order less than 448 grams (or 1 pound) will incur a minimum $4.95. An additional $3.00 handling fee will be added to each order.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard or American Express for payment. If you do not have a credit card, arrangements can be made to send a cashier's check or money order. Your order will not be processed until we have received and deposited this type of payment into our account.
What is your return policy?
We will accept returns only with a Return Authorization Number on the outside of your return package. You can obtain this by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. All items must be in their original condition - i.e., sealed package and unbroken strands - and received by us within 15 days of your original invoice date. A restocking fee of 10 - 15% will be charged to your account. You will be responsible for shipping costs incurred. Please include a letter stating the amount of the return to inventory and the reason for the return.
We recommend that you return merchandise in a carton box via a carrier with a reliable package tracking system. Never return merchandise in a regular business letter envelope in order to save return shipping costs. Quite often we receive only an empty or damage envelope. We will not issue refunds if your return package is lost in the mail or damaged when it arrives at our office.
We do not reimburse shipping costs even if you think that the merchandise "looks different" from what was shown on the site. See more information on Picture Quality.
We will issue a credit to your original credit card account after we receive your authorization and qualified return package.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We ship from the state of Maryland by priority mail from the USPS. Larger weight orders will be sent UPS Ground. Please plan your purchase accordingly depending on how far you live from our warehouse location.
Do you offer rush orders?
At this time, we make every effort to ship your order within 48 hours of receipt. Please plan your purchase accordingly. If you need your order sooner for a special event, overnight shipping is available for a higher shipping fee. Please advise when you submit your order and we will do our best to comply.
Do you insure my shipment?
Insurance can be added at your request. The rate will vary according to the carrier and the dollar amount of insurance requested.
Do you offer larger quantity discounts stores and designers?

Do you process special requests or back orders?
We purchase beads from around the world and are unable to predict the type of materials that will be available on any given day. Therefore, we are not able to process special requests or back orders.
Do you charge sales tax?
Yes, we collect sales tax in Maryland. If you live in Maryland, you will automatically be charged sales tax on your order. If you are a Maryland resident and have a tax-exempt or resale license, you must purchase $200.00 or more, according to the laws of the state of Maryland, to be tax exempt.
Do you sell half strands?
Most strands are sold in 16 inch lengths, unless otherwise noted. We do not sell half strands.
Are your stones dyed or heated?
Yes, some stones are dyed or heated. We will do our best to inform you of the enhancement method used.
Where do your beads come from?
Our beads come from around the world. Some gemstones come out of Hong Kong and others from India. We are unable to attest to the composition of Hong Kong beads which are described using trade names given by suppliers. Because Indian stones are hand cut, there may be variance in shape, size or color from what is pictured. (Holes are drilled on machines).
Some glass comes from Czechoslovakia, India or China. We will list the origin of the beads in the description. The origin of the rough beads will not be listed, as specimens are collected from all over and shipped to be cut and shaped into beautiful beads.
I bought some beads online. Can I return or exchange these at a show in my area?
Purchases made online can only be returned or exchanged online.
Do your beads have holes?
Yes, all of them unless listed as half-drilled for settings.
Do you offer Gift Certificates?
Yes, we do have Gift Certificates available for purchase.

What are the sizes of the beads?
The beads come in varying sizes. Each will be listed In the bead description.
I don't want to order online. Is there any other way to place an order?
Yes, you can email your request to firstname.lastname@example.org. One of our representatives will be in touch with you to discuss the details of your order.
Do you have a minimum order?
Yes, our minimum order is $25.00. A $5.00 service fee will be added to all orders less than $50.00.
Can I save my order and come back and finish it later?
At this time, we do not have a "Wish List" section. Orders cannot be saved.
Will I need to enter my shipping and payment information each time I order online?
When you join, you will receive a Customer ID. If you enter that ID, specific only to you, your information will be displayed and stored for your convenience.
Do you offer loose beads?
Loose beads are sold in sealed packages. Open packages cannot be returned.
