While we believe the information available here is reliable, human error is a possibility. Therefore, we make no guaranty as to the completeness, accuracy or timeliness of such information.
We ship Priority Mail - using the US Postal Service as our main shipping carrier. Priority Mail procedures require us to collect a minimum of $4.95 on every order - meaning that any order less than 448 grams (or 1 pound) will incur a minimum $4.95. An additional $3.00 handling fee will be added to each order. Please note that we do not process orders over the weekend or on major holidays. Please plan your order accordingly.
USPS shipping rates may differ for Alaska and Hawaii. Please refer to USPS website for rates for your region.
Please ensure that you enter a correct shipping address at check-out. If you provide an incorrect shipping address, USPS will charge a fee for finding your correct address - such charge will be your responsibility.
Please do not accept any package that appears to have been damaged in transit.
We make every effort to ship your order within 48 hours of receipt. If you need your order sooner, please indicate on your order and we will do our best to comply.
We hope that you enjoy your purchases and order again soon. However, if you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us immediately at email@example.com for a Return Authorization number and instructions. If you would like to be contacted by phone, please include your phone number and the best time to reach you. Any package received without a Return Authorization number on the front of the package will be refused and mailed back to you. We accept returns within 15 days from invoice date subject to a 10% restocking fee. If you return the entire order, even if it is within 15 days, it subject to a 15% restocking fee.
All returns must be in original condition. A copy of the original invoice must be included with your return. Shipping charges are not refundable for any return. We are not responsible for any cost due to the rejection of a return. All items considered for return must be in original packaging, sealed bags may not be opened, all strands returned must have all beads still on the strand and unbroken. No loose beads will be accepted unless received that way. Please include a note in your package with your wishes (return for refund or exchange - and for what items). We will do our best to do as you wish based on the items in stock at the time we receive your package.

Order Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order only if it has not been pulled (processed). If your order has been processed, you cannot cancel your order simply because you do not have sufficient funds on your credit card. Doing so will result in your account being inactivated.
Please review your order before clicking the submit button, as once you have submitted your order, our automatic processing system will delete your items from our inventory and immediately charge your account.
As we purchase beads and accessories from around the world at the lowest prices so that we can pass the savings on to you, it is not possible to know if we will be able to fill an order in the future if it is currently out of stock. We do our best to keep the content of our online store up to date. Once an item is out of stock, you will need to check the
site frequently to see if the items you are looking for are back in inventory when/if they become available.
We require a minimum order of $25.00. If your order is less than $50.00, a $5.00 surcharge will be added to your total. The total is calculated solely on merchandise and does not include shipping, handling, insurance or tax. Please help us keep our operational costs down so that we can continue to pass the savings to you.
We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption technology to secure your transaction. SSL is used by most online stores and online banks. All credit card information is transmitted through the SSL secure channel.
To protect your action, do not share your exclusive login and password with others. You can easily change your password by cling the Account button on the top bar after you have logged in.
We respect the information you share with us as personal and confidential. We will not share or sell your information with others. We will not add your email address to any email list or newsletter list unless we have obtained your permission to do so. Information provided to us by you will be used to process your order(s) only.

We are required to collect sales tax in MD. If you have a resale license in Maryland, you must purchase $200.00 or more, according to the laws of the state of Maryland, to be tax exempt. We must have a copy of your current license on file. In the event that we do not have a copy or your certificate is invalid or expired, you must supply a valid certificate or sales tax will be added.
If your order is damaged in shipping, contact USPS immediately for an inspection. Shipments are not insured unless requested by the customer. The USPS is responsible for damage in transit. Retain all packing material and boxes for carrier inspection.
